Description
Heartnuts are vigorous nut trees bearing sweet tasty nutritious heart shaped nuts. Most members of the Juglans genus bear nuts singly or in small clusters, but not these guys which have impressive clusters up to 20. Nuts are super easy to crack with the two halves separating leaving whole heart shaped kernels. Harvest mid Sept-mid Oct. Can produce in 3-4 yrs in ideal sites.
