Description

An amazing broadleaf semi evergreen shrub that is one of the precious medicinal herbs used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Surreal electric blue berries will persist over the winter. Does best in shady sites with evenly moist good fertile soil. More sun = better moisture retentive soil needed. Known also as Blue Evergreen Hydrangea, and the synonym: Hydrangea febrifuga

How to germinate Dichroa febrifuga seeds:

Prepare soil surface with fine well draining medium. Sprinkle seed thinly onto surface and mist so the seed has good contact with the surface. Keep moist. Needs light to germinate and 18-22C.  Never let seeds/seedlings dry out.  EXTREMELY FINE SEED. Will be packed in a vial.
